Refund policy
1. Returns Due to Dissatisfaction (Change of Mind)
We accept returns for refunds within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.
Because U.S. law does not require retailers to accept returns for non‑defective items, return eligibility is based on the policy disclosed at the time of purchase.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

Packaging, labels, hygiene seals, and accessories must be intact.

Items with signs of wear, damage, odors, stains, or misuse are not eligible.

Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Items sent back without an RMA will be refused.
2. Returns Due to Defective or Damaged Products
Under U.S. consumer and warranty laws, retailers must replace or refund items that are defective or that fail to meet standards of “merchantability” (fit for normal use, match description).
To report:

Shipping damage: within 7 calendar days of delivery (after this period, damage is presumed to have occurred after receipt).

Manufacturing defects: within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Required evidence:

Clear photos or short video of the defect

Photo of the shipping box and label
-
Short description of the issue
Approved defective/incorrect items may receive:

✔ Store credit

3. Non‑Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless defective upon arrival:

Intimates, shapewear, compression garments, or items worn directly on the skin

Final‑sale or clearance items

Gift cards
-
Items with removed or broken hygiene seals, labels, or tags

Items showing signs of wear or use
4. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of approval or denial.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing time depends on the issuing bank).

Shipping fees are non‑refundable, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Denied returns will be returned to the customer at their expense.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are available for:

Size issues (item must be unworn and in perfect condition)

Exchanges depend on stock availability.
If unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.
6. Warranty Policy
All Brazilian Contour products include a 30‑day limited warranty from the delivery date.
Covers:

Manufacturing defects

Functional defects not caused by misuse
Required for warranty claims:

Video (up to 1 minute) clearly showing the issue

Photos/video of packaging and shipping label
7. Warranty Exclusions
Not covered:
Physical Damage

Cracks, tears, scratches, broken components

Damage from drops, pressure, or improper handling
Liquid Damage

Water exposure, submersion, moisture damage
Unauthorized Repairs / Modifications

Repairs by third parties

Alterations or modifications
Normal Wear & Tear

Fading, stretching, pilling

Natural reduction in elasticity or compression strength
Stress‑Testing Damage

Intentional bending, pulling, impact tests

Water‑resistance tests
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Brazilian Contour is not responsible for:

Packages marked as Delivered by the carrier
-
Packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
If a package is lost in transit (not marked delivered), we will assist in filing a carrier claim.
