Brazilian Contour Shipping Policy 

The products listed in our store are shipped directly from our international suppliers to the address provided at checkout when completing the order.

Shipping Time and Tracking

Our "Free Shipping" option, with a fixed cost of $0.00, takes 20 to 45 business days (after the product is shipped), depending on the destination.

  • The product is shipped within 3 to 6 business days after payment confirmation in our system.
  • We guarantee a tracking code so customers can monitor the progress of their order.
    ⚠ Attention: In certain cases, the delivery timeframe may be extended due to delays, strikes, holidays, high-demand periods in the postal service, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Customs Duties and Taxes

The majority of orders (approximately 99%) placed in our store are delivered by the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) to the address provided by the customer without any additional fees. However, in rare cases, an order may be subject to customs duties or taxes imposed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

  • If this occurs, USPS will send a notification to the registered shipping address informing the customer that the package has been taxed.
  • The notification will include instructions on how to pick up the package at a designated USPS office upon payment of the applicable tax.

Customer Responsibility

In this situation, we recommend the following procedure:

  1. Visit the USPS office listed in the notification and collect the package.
  2. Note: We do not cover any reimbursement for customs duties or taxes.

Postal Dispatch Fees

All purchases made in our store are international shipments originating from our distribution center outside the United States. Therefore, they may be subject to customs processing fees, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Payment Confirmation

After purchasing, payment confirmation may take 1 to 3 business days, depending on the payment gateway and credit card provider rules.

Logistics Processing

  • Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an email notification with your tracking code.
  • The tracking code will be available within up to 8 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Conditions

  • Always check your order upon delivery. If the packaging is damaged or shows signs of tampering, refuse delivery and notify our Customer Support immediately.
  • Orders will first pass through U.S. Customs for inspection, and only afterward will they be released for delivery to the final destination.
  • USPS is responsible for final delivery, but in cases where the recipient is unavailable, restricted delivery areas, or other reasons, USPS may leave a notice directing the customer to pick up the package at the nearest post office.

Multiple Product Orders

  • If an order contains two or more products, they may be shipped separately.
  • A unique tracking number will be provided for each shipment.

Tracking Information Updates

  • As this is an international shipment, tracking updates on the USPS website may take 5 to 20 business days after the tracking code is issued.
  • Damaged products during transit are the responsibility of the postal service.

Address Accuracy and Failed Deliveries

  • Customers must ensure that the shipping address is correctly entered before confirming the purchase.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any associated costs.
  • If USPS attempts delivery and is unsuccessful, the package will be held at the nearest post office for pickup.
  • If the package is not claimed within the required time, it will be returned to the sender overseas.

Customs and Import Regulations

As this is an imported product, all orders are subject to potential customs procedures or duties.

  • Brazilian Contour is not responsible for any additional fees, taxes, or charges applied by the government to your order.
